These terms cover your use of betwithbagan.com and anything published by Bet With Bagan ("we", "us"), including the website, emails and social posts. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Information and entertainment only
Everything we publish, including picks, prices, line history, closing line value, records and lessons, is for information and entertainment only. It is our opinion. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation that you place any particular wager.
You decide whether to bet, how much to bet and where. You are solely responsible for those decisions and their results.
2. No promise of results
Sports outcomes are uncertain. We make no promise of results, profit or any particular win rate. You can lose money following any pick on this site, including every pick in a given week or month.
3. Past results are not predictive
Our public record, win rate, units and closing line value describe what already happened. They do not predict what will happen next. A strong record over any period does not mean future picks will perform the same way. Variance is a normal part of sports betting and can be large over short and long periods.
4. Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 21. We may ask you to confirm your age before showing certain content. If you are under 21, leave the site.
5. Your local laws
Sports betting laws differ by state and country. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including where and whether you may legally place a wager. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to bet anywhere it is not legal.
6. Accuracy of prices and data
We post odds and prices from third-party sportsbooks and data sources at a point in time. Prices change quickly. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that any price, line, score or statistic is accurate, complete or current. Always confirm the price with your sportsbook before you bet.
7. Affiliate relationships
We may earn a commission when you sign up or bet through links to certain sportsbooks. As of the date above, no affiliate links are live. When they are, they will be disclosed on the site and on our affiliate disclosure page. The best-price marker on each pick is chosen by price alone and is never influenced by any commercial relationship.
8. Accounts and paid features
Picks are free through the end of the 2026 NFL regular season. If we later offer paid features or accounts, additional terms covering billing, cancellation and refunds will apply and will be shown before you pay.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy or resell our content in bulk, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Sharing individual picks with credit and a link back is fine.
10. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, code and data compilations belong to Bet With Bagan or its licensors. Team names, league names and sportsbook names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bet With Bagan and its owners, members and contributors are not liable for any losses, including wagering losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
